David Olorunniwo, MSc.

David has over 25 years experience in property development and finance in the United Kingdom. He has a master's degree in Urban Design and Property Development from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, and MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. David resigned as the Development Director for Kelsey Housing Association Ltd UK (part of the A2Dominion Housing Group), a leading national housing developer in South East England to set up Allied Resourcing (UK) and Trinity Developments (UK) Ltd. David also serves as a consultant to the Red Loft Partnership (LLP) UK. He sits on the board of a number major housing investment companies within the affordable housing sector in the UK. He also serves as a director of JDK (Nig) Ltd. His particular area of expertise is in structuring project finance solutions for residential and commercial property development.
